We have now received a further supply of flu vaccines, clinics are being held on the following dates;

Tuesday 14^th December 2021

Wednesday 15^th December 2021

Please book via NHSApp, patient access or call the reception team.

Had 2^nd vaccine on or before 24^th April 2021

Book into Fri 22^nd or Sat 23^rd October

Had 2^nd vaccine on or before 9^th May 2021

Book into Sun 7^th November

Had 2^nd vaccine on or before 15^th May 2021

Book into Sat 13^th November

Had 2^nd vaccine on or before 29^th May 2021

Book into Fri 26^th or Sat 27^th November

If you haven’t had a 1^st vaccine remember you can still book in for one at any of these clinics.

If you are over 17 yrs & 9 months and have had your 1^st vaccine and not your 2^nd, you can book into any of the above clinics provided there is at least 8 weeks since 1^st vaccination.

65 years and over

Tollerton Surgery will be closed from 13.00 on Tuesday 5^th October for staff training, we will re-open at 8.00 am on Wednesday 6^th October. If you need assistance and cannot wait until we re-open please call 01904 646898. Thank you.

Tollerton Surgery will be closed to vehicle access on Tuesday 5^th and Wednesday 6^th October, due to the road to the Practice being surfaced. (weather permitting).  You can access the Surgery via the pavement.

Flu vaccines are being held here at the Surgery.  If you are due a NHS flu vaccine, please book online via NHSApp,  Patient Access or call the Surgery on 01347 838231.  Dates are as follows:

65 years and above

Saturday 9^th October 2021 (nearly full)

Wednesday 27^th October 2021

64 years and under and in a NHS Clinical at risk group

Covid Clinics

If the Practice holds your mobile number we will send you a text message when it is your time to book into the appropriate Covid Clinic.  Please watch out for this.  If you do not have a mobile, we will call you.

If you have the NHS App or Patient Access, please book into the appropriate clinics this way.  Remember, it must be 6 months since your 2^nd Vaccine if you are booking in for a COVID BOOSTER. Thank you.

If you are 64 years or under and in a NHS at risk group, we are holding a flu clinic on Wednesday 22^nd September here at the Surgery. Please book Online via the NHSApp or Patient Access or call the Surgery. Thank you.

FLU - 65 YEARS AND OVER

Unfortunately, our delivery from Seqirus has been delayed, along with the national problem affecting GP Surgeries across the country. Please be assured as soon as we are advised of the delivery date we will contact you to book in.

Please book in to our Covid Vaccine clinic which will be held on Thursday 23^rd September 2021, at the Galtres Centre in Easingwold between 18.00 – 20.00 if you have not received your 2^nd Pfizer vaccine and are at 8 weeks. Please call Tollerton Surgery on 01347 838231 to do this. Thank you.
